Hi, I’m Wendy—a school psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with kids and families. I’m also a Board Certified (BCC) positive psychology coach and consultant, passionate about helping people tap into their strengths and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
Over the years, I’ve seen how easy it is for people to get stuck in negative patterns, losing sight of their natural resilience. My goal is to help you shift that perspective, uncover what’s already within you, and build a path toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Whether I’m working with children, families, or individuals, I bring a compassionate, practical approach that focuses on creating real, lasting change. Let’s work together to unlock your potential and help you thrive.

Hi, I’m Ronda Woods. I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a love for movement that started back in 2013. I’m currently expanding my expertise through nutrition studies so I can serve women with a fuller, more holistic approach to health.
I’m a mom to a beautiful two-year-old boy and a follower of Christ. This past year, I walked through the heartbreaking loss of my husband, Mac, a season that has reshaped my life in ways I never expected. Grief has deepened my faith, sharpened my purpose, and reminded me just how important it is to care for the body and soul God has entrusted to us.
At 36, I’ve learned that strength isn’t just physical—it’s choosing to stand back up, to keep going, to lean on faith when life breaks your heart. My mission is to meet people where they are, to walk with them through the hard and the hopeful, and to help them build confidence and resilience through movement, nutrition, and grace-filled living.
If you’ve ever said:
😩 “I’m overwhelmed and burnt out”
🙋♀️ “I don’t know how to help my child”
💥 “I’ve tried everything and I’m still not okay”
…that’s where I come in.
